 PETER UVIETESIVWI  is the Managing Director of SmarteGic Outcomes Consulting in the United Kingdom. Peter is a seasoned Project Management Specialist and ISO certified professional with over 15 years experience in the energy, finance and development sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex projects aimed at supporting sustainable energy solutions delivery in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria. He is currently based in the UK, overseeing strategic business suitability assessments and compliance of new venture partners within a leading banking hub in the UK Finance sector. 

SmarteGic Outcomes Consulting was birthed as an Enterprise development brand envisioning a world where Innovators and Founders have equitable access to funding and global opportunities to solve socio-economic problems, so citizens everywhere can live in safe, stable, and thriving communities.

RUKE UVIETESIVWI serves as the Lead Technical Programme Strategy and Delivery Partner at SmarteGic; leading interventions that foster access to non-dilutive capital for AgriTech and Green Enterprises. Her work supports Founders to build enterprise funding readiness and delivery capabilities that catalyze access to capital to drive meaningful and sustainable development without diluting their equity.

Her work sits at the intersection of strengthening access to non-dilutive capital, programme development and delivery leadership across food security, climate resilience and AgriTech interventions. 

Ruke is a Certified Development Practitioner, Agricultural Economist and Non-dilutive Funding Expert. She has helped Founders and Senior Executives access multiple 6 figure dollar funding for development interventions globally. She is an Alumna of the prestigious Greater Manchester Business School, United Kingdom and Lagos Business School, Nigeria with over a decade of experience in International Development. 

HUSSAIN SANI ABUBAKAR is the organization’s  In-Country Delivery Partner for Capital Acquisition in Nigeria, supporting Agritech founders, and Climate-smart Entrepreneurs to strengthen funding readiness and access non-dilutive capital for their enterprises.

He is a development professional and sustainable finance practitioner with over five years’ experience across fundraising, donor relations, ESG integration, financial inclusion and institutional development. His work focuses on helping organizations translate development priorities into fundable proposals, donor-compliant budgets, implementation frameworks and stronger accountability systems for projects in climate-smart agriculture and climate adaptation.

Hussain brings strong in-country delivery capacity across Nigeria, with exposure in Kano, Abuja and wider Northern Nigeria. He has supported climate-smart agriculture and food security initiatives reaching over 3,000 farmers, contributed to a 36% increase in programme outreach, and supported project delivery for more than 1,500 smallholder farmers, with attention to women and youth inclusion

CHIOMA EMMA is an Associate Partner at SmarteGic, leading Strategic Communications and Client Engagement. With over a decade of experience in broadcasting and management consulting, she has become a respected figure in her various endeavors. Beginning her career as a broadcaster, Chioma quickly distinguished herself with her exceptional communication skills, versatility, and ability to connect with her audience. Her passion for education and community development led her to venture into Non-Profit Management consulting, where she has worked with various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to provide expert advice and support. With a degree in Microbiology and a Masters in Human Resource Management, Chioma has trained with top global organizations such as the BBC and DFID and is a fellow of several international organizations.
